We would like to thank the community for inviting us to speak at a community meeting on Tuesday 17 September 2024, where we will be presenting what legal solutions may be available to the community to deal with South West Water’s ongoing pollution of Exmouth.  

At the meeting, we will be discussing:  

  • The impact South West Water’s sewage pollution has had on Exmouth from local voices;  
  • The potential legal action that can be taken by the community in response; and  
  • Who will be able to join a potential claim against South West Water.   

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at the end.
