The Skoda emissions claim

Please note that the Leigh Day VW Group emissions team is no longer accepting new claims relating to Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Seat and Skoda vehicles.

The claims are being investigated on behalf of people who leased or owned a Skoda vehicle. The claims could be worth up to 75% of the purchase price of the vehicle for each driver. As a member of the VW Group, Skoda has been implicated in the same claim, meaning that Skoda drivers could be eligible to receive compensation. 

What is the emissions claim?

We believe that owners of the affected vehicles should be compensated because they were mis-sold these vehicles. The vehicles were advertised as being as being compliant with the law and more environmentally friendly with lower NOx emissions, which was not true. Increased NOx emissions are damaging to public health and to the environment.
