Tom is a senior associate solicitor in the employment and discrimination team.
Tom is a senior associate solicitor in the employment and discrimination team.
He has advised and litigated both individual and large multi-party employment and discrimination matters. He has worked on employment cases in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal, the High Court and Court of Appeal.
Tom has advised on a broad range of matters, including race, age, sex and disability discrimination, victimisation, unfair dismissal, employment and worker status, holiday pay, redundancy, and TUPE. He has also advised on settlement agreements.
Tom has particular expertise in equal pay. He has successfully settled equal pay claims for both individual clients and in multi-party actions across a range of different sectors, and currently leads a team representing around 5,000 shop floor workers in their equal pay claims.

Tom trained at the firm and qualified in 2016. He graduated with a first in his law degree. Tom also has a master’s in law from Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge and achieved a distinction in his LPC. He is recognised as a key lawyer in the most recent edition of Legal 500.
