Salim Farah
Solicitor apprentice
Salim Farah is a solicitor apprentice at Leigh Day
Salim began his apprenticeship in January 2021 in the international department under the supervision of Richard Meeran.
After completing his apprenticeship, Salim will have gained both his LLB in Law and Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) and be admitted to the roll of solicitors. He is currently working on a variety of cases against multinational companies involving allegations of environmental harm and human rights abuses at their operations abroad.
Before joining Leigh Day, Salim underwent a year at university where he was able to expand on his theoretical knowledge of the law. However, the apprenticeship route to qualifying was more attractive to him as it enables him to gain hands-on experience working on live cases while also attending the University of Law.
