Roshan Croker is a senior associate solicitor in the employment department.
Roshan is a senior associate solicitorr in the Employment and Discrimination team at Leigh Day. Roshan joined the firm as a trainee in 2015 and qualified in 2017.
He has significant experience working on high profile cases involving large numbers of claimants. He has helped over 100 GMB members bring claims including conspiracy and defamation in the Blacklisting litigation, over 200 judges bringing direct and indirect discrimination claims against the Ministry of Justice and is part of the team representing store workers bringing equal pay claims against Tesco.

He is part of the claimant’s legal team in Venuprasad v Commonwealth Secretariat, in which the Tribunal made the largest award of compensation in its history.
