Junaid Sarwar

Junaid assist partners Stephen Jones and Brendan Hope on a range of medical negligence cases on behalf of clients who have suffered brain, spinal, orthopaedic and other serious injuries.

Upon completion of his training contract and after qualifying as solicitor, Junaid joined Leigh Day as a newly qualified solicitor in March 2023. Junaid has been working exclusively in the clinical negligence department in Manchester ever since joining the firm.

Junaid has mainly been assisting partners Stephen Jones and Brendan Hope, in addition to the other solicitors on the team, on a range of medical negligence cases on behalf of clients who have suffered brain, spinal, orthopaedic and other serious injuries.

Junaid previously worked at Slater and Gordon Lawyers after completing my LPC/LLM in 2018.

Education

BA (Hons) English Literature degree at the University of Manchester from 2013 – 2016.

Junaid then transitioned to law and studied the GDL course at Manchester Metropolitan University from 2016-2017. Junaid completed his LPC and LLM at Manchester Metropolitan University between 2017-2018.

Junaid is a member of APIL and The Law Society.
