Berk is a paralegal at Leigh Day, where he works on claims brought by over 36,000 individuals in the emissions case against Mercedes-Benz over the alleged installation of defeat devices.
Further experience
During the course of his studies, Berk volunteered at various legal advise clinics, mainly assisting solicitors with advising small businesses on trademarks and corporate law matters. Berk is an avid hiking enthusiast, and has also played polo competitively at university.

Berk has completed his LPC, with distinction, at BPP Law School, and his undergraduate degree in International Relations at University College, Durham University.
