Louise Pennington

Louise works as a forensic accountant at Leigh Day.

Louise qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and has specialised in forensic accountancy since 1994. She worked in private accountancy practice as an independent expert witness, mainly reporting on loss of earnings and pension claims, and also spent time working on criminal investigations prior to joining LD as an in-house forensic accountant in 2016.

Louise assists with the preparation of Schedules of Loss in complex and high value claims, mainly within the personal injury and clinical negligence departments, including fatal accident cases. She deals with all aspects of quantum, with particular emphasis on loss of earnings and loss of pension elements.
