About the team and the role
The successful candidate will be working alongside the Senior Associate Solicitor in the civil litigation team to assist our fee earners in the Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Human Rights and International departments, with providing a complete costs service to include, preparation of costs budgets, statements of costs for summary assessment, formal bills of costs; costs negotiations; preparation for and attendance at costs management hearings and detailed assessment hearings; and providing general costs advice, guidance, and assistance.
